There is a very good introductory video prepared by BAE SYSTEMS which describes the nature and scale of the shipyard modernisation at Barrow. It can be found below:
Morgan Sindall and Wates Construction together with Costain are the three Framework Contractors engaged by Bae Systems to deliver the different elements of the shipyard modernisation programme. which is consistently delivering significant benefit for local companies in Cumbria and Lancashire.
FEDF can brief your company on the different elements of the investment programme and on the support available through Cumbria Growth Hub including its video of Allan Day of BAE SYSTEMS explaining the significance of the shipyard modernisation.
