Recent examples of how we have assisted businesses with property development are shown below.
Alan Webb Ltd received support to source 3,000ft2 of office space at Craven House, Barrow to service defence contracts. We helped a local entrepreneur to source a new HQ for its expanding recycling operations. In 2016 we worked with firms like CBRE to help it dispose of industrial sites and enabled a local manufacturer to evaluate a range of site options across south Cumbria for its next phase of growth.

We are currently supporting a bakery to evaluate expansion options and helping construction firms supporting wind-farm and defence projects to identify office space needs.

By working with local architects and developers and a range of property owners  we will help your business pinpoint the best locations for your growth needs.

At the start of 2017 we have been assisting a Dutch company to identify its best option for locating in Barrow . Wates Construction also received assistance to establish in Emlyn Hughes House Offices.
